The Global NASH Council Meeting During APASL 2025, Beijing, China March 27, 2025

The Global NASH/MASH Council (GNC) meeting was held during APASL 2025 in Beijing, China. The meeting was co-chaired by Professor Zobair M. Younossi and Professor Jiangao Fan and was attended by over 50 members in person and another 12 via zoom. A number of important topics related to the disease burden, NITs, risk stratification and treatment of MASH in the Asian Pacific region were discussed by the highly respected international members of GNC. Additionally, GNC and its network of global collaborators discussed the ongoing research projects and expressed interest to continue to expand their projects to address Steatotic Liver Disease as one of the most important non-communicable diseases. The members continued their commitment to the Global registries maintained by GNC and the future collaborative projects. The Fifth Annual Liver Connect, San Antonio, Texas (March 20-22,2025)

The Fifth Annual Liver Connect is being organized by Chronic Liver Disease Foundation (CLDF) in San Antonio, Texas (March 20-22,2025). This superb meeting covers cutting-edge information about most common liver diseases (MASH, viral hepatitis, ALD, cholestatic liver disease, complications of cirrhosis, HCC and pediatric liver disease) delivered by internationally renowned experts. The meeting will provide an opportunity to connect different stakeholders to advance the field of hepatology.
