Dr. Zobair M. Younossi, Chairman of the Global NASH Council represented the Council at a meeting organized by EASL on the sidelines of the 76th World Health Assembly (May 2023) in Geneva, Switzerland. The event, held in partnership with AASLD, ALEH, APASL and SOLDA, included a spectrum of stakeholders including policymakers, representatives to the UN, WHO staff as well as thought leaders and people affected by NAFLD/MASLD disease.
